The Seven Steps
This is something I'm really excited about. One of the things I'm most passionate about is teaching and educating people. I've been called a know-it-all a time or two (or a hundred) in my life and it's true, although I hope not in a bad way. I do consider myself a know-it-all because I want to have all the information I can possibly have about anything and everything, and then I want to share it with everyone else. I don't do it meaning to show off or brag, I just want everyone else to have the same information, especially if it's really important or valuable.
In my career as a real estate broker, my passion is educating my clients and giving them all the information possible so that they can make the best decision for their situation. Every individual, every transaction, every housing scenario is different and if you don't know your options, how do you know you're making the right decision? Someone smarter than me once said "If you don't know your options, you don't have any."
This leads me to my new resource that I created. There are seven steps to buying and selling a house. You need to know what they are and in what order to make sure everything is done correctly. There is nothing else like this that I can find. Some are too basic and miss important items, and some are so tirelessly long you can't digest it. These are a quick, bulletized overview of buying and selling a house from start to finish. The links are below and you can even download a .pdf copy of each.
